DRINK WATER ! Lol, seriously though.. Here are 9 tips to drink more water. Drinking water is not just beneficial to us in so many ways.. Drinking water is ESSENTIAL for us to stay healthy and is the mother of all health tips! I believe the average person is supposed to be drinking 8 glasses of water a day but it depends on different factors such as your age, environment and activity level etc.
I do however know that it's not always an easy task to drink more water, especially if you "don't like water" lol, i used to say that all the time. In today's video I'm giving you 9 ways to drink more water daily that will really help & make drinking more water EASY.
